The Propel Leadership Institute will take place in Seattle at the University of Washington over the course of five days, starting on Sunday afternoon and ending on Thursday afternoon.

The program is divided into three phases:

  • Pre-Institute:  Through the Institute’s online platform, participants will have the opportunity to get to know one another and access an online library with readings in preparation for the residential portion of the program.
  • Residential Institute: Participants will gather in Seattle at the University of Washington from Sunday afternoon through Friday afternoon for in-person learning and sharing. All participants will stay at the same hotel creating opportunities for further community-building. All participants will do a 360-degree review and equity training.
  • Post-Institute: Following the residential institute, participants take what they’ve learned and apply it in their organizations. Participants will be provided with tailored one-on-one coaching, and they will be invited to a virtual gathering six months after the program to share lessons learned, build community and connections, and discuss ways to support each other going forward.
