Student Interest Groups (SIGs) and other Evans School related groups can use Condon Hall classrooms for meetings, if they are available. You can view classroom availability through the 25Live web app, which requires you to log in with your UW NetID. Review the 25Live guide

To request a classroom, please email the UW Time Schedule directly at times@uw.edu.

You will need to include the following information in the body of your request:

  • Name
  • UW Email
  • School Affiliation (Evans School)
  • Meeting Name
  • Preferred Room
  • Meeting Date
  • Meeting Time (specifically include a start and end time)
  • Number of attendees and if any attendees will be from off-campus
  • Any special needs (projector, screen, whiteboards, etc.)

You will also want to make sure you use the phrase "One-time Request" in the title of your email. Example Email Title: "Evans School Student Group / ESO / Cabinet Meeting / One-time Request"

If you want to reserve the Forum, Commons, or the Dean's Conference Room (DCR), visit the reservation page here.  Please note the Commons is primarily used for classroom purposes and has very limited availability.
