The Evans School Graduation Ceremony will be held at Meany Hall on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. The ceremony will run until about 9:30 p.m. with a reception following immediately in the Meany Hall lobby. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. for guests.
Graduates must convene, attired in cap and gown, at 6:45 p.m. in front of Parrington Hall for class photos and line up.
Graduates who earned their degrees in Summer 2016, Autumn 2016, or Winter 2017, and candidates who have a reasonable expectation of graduating in Spring 2017 or Summer 2017 are eligible to participate. You can check your degree progress and complete a degree planning checklist. If you have any advising questions, please email Caitlin Blomquist or schedule an academic advising appointment.
Registration is now closed.
Tickets will be required for all guests attending the event (children under the age of one do not require tickets). The graduating student does not require a ticket. Due to space limitations, each student who registers to participate in our graduation ceremony will be provided with four tickets. For those seeking more than four tickets, the Evans School Student Organization has created a Google sheet for ticket exchanges.
Please visit the UW Commencement webpage for information regarding parking, including disability parking.

Note: All students who are graduating Spring Quarter must submit this request regardless of whether they are participating in the ceremony. Students who will complete their degree requirements in a later quarter should NOT submit a Master's Degree Request during Spring Quarter 2017.
