Wallace Wilkins is the owner of Take Risks! in Seattle. He teaches courses through Cascade Executive Programs on conflict mediation, organizational management, anger prevention, stress prevention, change management, leadership, and public speaking.
In his work with Take Risks!, Wilkins serves as a conflict mediator, organizational coach, and personal consultant for clients such as the State of Washington, the United States Postal Service, the Boeing Company, Microsoft, Nintendo, the Project Management Institute, and the Northwest Public Power Association. He has also consulted with organizations in Canada, Russia, Ukraine, Chile, and Malaysia. His work focuses on speaking and writing about powerful strategies for individuals and organizations to create low-stress, low-conflict, high achievement.
Wilkins holds a Ph.D. from the University of Washington.
