Pierre Biscaye

Pierre Biscaye is the Research and Strategic Initiatives Manager for the Evans School Policy Analysis & Research Group (EPAR). He also supports a USAID grant conducting field research on farmers' groups in Tanzania with Evans School Professors Mary Kay Gugerty and C. Leigh Anderson. Pierre received his Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance, where he also worked as a Microeconomics Teaching Assitant and as a Research Assistant for EPAR. For his capstone, he developed a monitoring and evaluation system and implementation plan for a small non-profit organization supporting education projects in Sierra Leone.

Prior to graduate school Pierre supported literacy and other education projects for World Vision International in East Africa, and worked as a monitoring and evaluation program officer for Africare in Burkina Faso. He received a BA in International Studies from Whitworth University.
