Bio: I was born in Taiyuan, Shanxi, China and I finished my BA in English Language and Literature from Shaanxi Normal University, Xi'an. During my college study, I grown the interests of American culture and decided to study abroad. At SNNU, I participated in several activities related with International Affairs and I decided to come to Evans to further my study. I am focused in Public Finance & Budgeting but I am also open to other areas such as environmental policy. I am a typical “study hard, play hard” student and I love exploring the future options of my life. I love making friends and enjoying Seattle’s beautiful scene and food with them.
Why did you choose Evans?: I believe in diversity and equity, and I think Evans does a great job pursuing diversity and equity in its student body, faculty, and practice in social work. Here at Evans, all faculty and staff are extraordinarily dedicated to students’ growth and development and all students are welcomed and respected regardless of their gender, race, and social background.
