Yulan Kim started the Evans School Ph.D. program in Public Policy & Management in 2017. Prior to joining the program, she worked as a Research Associate at the Center for International Development at the Korea Development Institute (KDI). She earned a Master of Science in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Yulan also holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea. Her research interests are in cross-sector collaboration and formalization mechanisms in collaborative governance.
