Ph.D. student Sarah Charnes recently presented a paper entitled, “Food Insecurity, Food Store Choice, and Food Shopping Behaviors of Disabled U.S. Households,” a subset of her dissertation work, at the Association for Public Policy Analysis & Management (APPAM) California Regional Student Conference at Claremont Graduate University. She has also been awarded a dissertation fellowship from the University of Washington’s West Coast Poverty Center for the summer of 2018.
