During the 18-month accelerated program, students participate in
- A one-week residential Foundation Week seminar, which introduces strategic leadership concepts and develops relationships among cohort members; and
- Twelve three-day weekend courses every four to six weeks, held on the University of Washington campus. Students learn to adapt strategies and tactics to a variety of settings.
