Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations That Matter

The Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations That Matter (AoH) is a body of practical knowledge developed by an international community who share with each other tried and true ways of engaging people in dialogue, understanding complex systems, and designing ways forward together. It is based in the assumption that people give their energy and lend their resources to what matters most to them. In an increasingly complex and fragmented world, true solutions lie in the collective intelligence of community – not with one leader or viewpoint.

At EPIC, we’re learning alongside our partners. By hosting AoH, we are investing in the relational infrastructure that makes research‑to‑practice possible — and that strengthens our shared capacity to design more equitable, effective policy solutions in service to the public.
