Public Policy Camp

In partnership with regional community colleges and the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, The Evans School hosts the Policy Camp Conference, a free, one-day quarterly event designed to inform, inspire, and empower undergraduate students. Policy Camp introduces public policy to students who may be unfamiliar with the field and highlights career pathways for promising, underrepresented students with an interest in policy.

Participants can look forward to:

• Connecting with students from Puget Sound–area colleges and universities who are eager to learn about public policy education and careers.
• Engaging with industry leaders currently working in the policy sector.
• Exploring the wide range of career opportunities supported by a public policy and administration skill set.
• Leaving inspired to pursue public policy as an academic, personal, and professional pathway.
