Laura Prokić

Laura Prokić joined the Evans School Ph.D. program in Public Policy and Management in Autumn 2024. Her primary research interests are managing processes of change within public organizations that can facilitate greater public participation and equity, as well as public affairs education. Prior to beginning her doctoral studies, she taught research methods for public affairs and other social science courses at the American University of Armenia, where she also led the Open Center of Excellence for Leadership and Governance. After receiving her MPA from Portland State University in 2018, she managed a portfolio of U.S. Department of State-sponsored youth leadership exchange programs with local implementers in Portland, Oregon.
