
Srinithya Nagarajan
Ph.D. Student
Srinithya (Sri) Nagarajan is a Ph.D. student at the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance, University of Washington. Her current research interests are decision science, organizational behaviours, and contracting, particularly examining incentive structures, procurement rules, and behaviour aspects that influence decision-making processes within public organizations. She is also interested in how policymakers navigate trade-offs between efficiency and equity.
Sri holds a Brain and Behavioral Science degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Oxford. Before joining the Evans School, she worked as a researcher and policy engagement associate with the Government Outcomes Lab, where she supported longitudinal evaluation efforts and various policy engagement initiatives.
Sri has also worked in training and employment policy areas at the Human Resources Development Corporation (previously known as the Human Resources Development Fund), a statutory body under Malaysia's Ministry of Human Resources.
