Yu-Heng Jung

Yu-Heng Jung started his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management at the Evans School in 2023. He is interested in the profound impact of rapidly evolving technology and decision-making tools on governance, administration, and society. His research focuses on bureaucratic responsiveness and professionalism, the digital transformation of government, the role of social media in political polarization, and the pursuit of social equity in contemporary times. Prior to joining Evans, Yu-Heng earned a Master of Public Affairs degree at IUB and gained valuable experience as a research assistant at the Taiwan E-Governance Research Center.
