Joyce Mutanu Kyalo
Joyce Kyalo is a skilled and well experienced Health Systems, Policy and Planning Specialist, with close to 20 years’ experience, currently working with Evidence for Action – MamaYe as the Regional Health Financing Specialist. She has an in-depth understanding of the health systems challenges faced in developing countries, as a result of her technical advisory and managerial roles in health programmes. Most recently, Joyce has been engaging on UHC, PHC and recently joined the Global Civil Society Coordinating Group steering group of the WHO –PMNCH, in providing technical support on Health Systems Strengthening.
