Young-Eun (Alicia) Ahn

Ph.D Graduate
Alicia Ahn started her Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management at the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance in 2013. Prior to joining the program, Alicia worked for eight years at the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, a national government agency of South Korea promoting export and foreign direct investment.

Alicia is interested in a broad range of issues pertaining to environmental policy, including market-based environmental policy instruments, the diffusion of environmental policy in developing states, the impact of policy instruments on business choices, climate change management, and sustainable development.

She is a native of South Korea, and has lived in the United Arab Emirates, India, Myanmar, and Hong Kong.
