BRLG Tuition and Fee Payments

Before paying your tuition, you’ll need to register for courses.

Pay your tuition and other fees online using the MyUW portal, by mail or in person at the UW Continuum College Registration Services office. Your balance due is found under Accounts in MyUW. As a fee-based student, you should see two seperate balances:

  • You owe includes fees such as U-PASS and ISHIP, which are paid directly to UW Student Fiscal Services (SFS) by clicking the “Make payment” button.
  • You owe PCE-Continuum College includes all course and program-related fees, which are paid to PCE/Continuum College by clicking the “Make payment to PCE” button.

You are responsible for paying any balance due after any aid has been disbursed. All emails about registration and payments will be sent to your UW email address.

Deadlines and Late Payments

Visit Student Fiscal Services to find quarterly payment deadlines. Payment must be received by the deadline to avoid late charges.

Employer vs. Student Payment Options

Employers who wish to pay the tuition and student fees directly should utilize a third-party payment.

Some required charges cannot be paid via the third-party payment process. If the employer plans to cover these fees, students will need to use an agency credit card or seek reimbursement from their employer/agency. These fees include:

  • UPASS: paid quarterly to UW Student Fiscal Services
  • Graduate School Application Fee: paid one time as part of application
  • Enrollment Confirmation Deposit: paid one time when accepting admissions offer

Students can choose to pay tuition and required student fees and seek reimbursement from their employeer. The student-paid approach is more efficient than a third-party payment, which can take several weeks to complete.
